How it Works
-Have a favorite spot to camp, hunt, recreate, etc...? Let us know the location where you would like camp set up. Options include any recreation apps that drop a pin for a location, coordinates, area description, good ole fashioned map, or.... you can ask us for a location recommendation and we will suggest areas that fit what you are looking for! Our service is available on certain public lands and any private land with landowner permission.

-Wall tents are set up prior to your arrival. A confirmed location ahead of time makes this option easy and hassle free.Â

-Wall tent will be in place for the duration you reserve. If your stay ends up being shorter or longer than anticipated, let us know!

- We have a supply of cots, tables, chairs, and lanterns. These items can be rented and set up with the wall tent upon request.Â

FAQ's
-What's so great about camping in a wall tent?
Canvas wall tents offer way more space than your average synthetic camping or backpacking tent. There is enough room to sleep on cots or an air mattress, store gear inside and away from the elements, and the space to sit down at a table inside. By far, the best part is the ability to use a wood stove to stay warm, cook on, and enjoy the peaceful setting of a crackling wood fire.Â

-How will I know which camp set up is mine?
Wall tents are set up prior to your arrival. We will ensure the camp is marked with our brand name and info inside confirming your reservation details. We will also confirm your camp is set-up at the desired location via text/call and can include a photo of the camp. We understand some may not be familiar with areas in Kittitas County. In that case, we are happy to lead customers into a spot upon request at no additional charge.

-How does payment work?
After we receive a completed order form, we will call and/or e-mail to confirm details along with an e-mailed invoice. You will receive a payment link with the invoice to pay for the order. Upon receiving payment in full, your reservation is confirmed.

-Do I need to set-up or take-down the wall tent?
If you reserved a wall tent rental in Kittitas County we handle the set-up and take-down with an approved location. This service is available for locations within the county that can be reached by road via pickup. If you are looking to set up a basecamp outside of that area or farther off-road, call to discuss to see if the set-up and takedown service is an option.Â

-What do I need to bring?
Any camping gear you usually take with you. The great thing about a wall tent is all the extra room! Helpful items for a wall tent trip include a table, chairs, cots, sleeping bags, and lanterns. We have these items available if you choose to include them with your wall tent rental.
